Biopharmartis was established in order to be a creative company which brings new and improved pharmaceutical products to the rapidly changing global market. We pursue universal happiness through inventing innovative medicine and we have vision of believing in respect for mankind¡¯s life, dignity and moral management.

We have strong confidence that our current development in core technologies and projects based on superior R&D capabilities will bring fruitful outcome in the near future. This improvement will bring benefits to health of mankind throughout the world. For this outcome, we are continuing to improve our capabilities and efficiency.

For the global reach, in 2011, we had successfully completed technology transfer of our patented product Tamirin SR Tablet (Galantamine SR Tablet) for Central and South America. In 2012, we had completed technology transfer agreement with partner in Germany with our patented Pramipexole SR tablet for EU region and other global market. In addition, this drug was developed with avoiding formulation patented technology and launched successfully as the first generic from April, 2014. More than 6 of our current projects are now under serious negotiations to enter, Southeast Asian market, Middle and Eastern Asian market, Middle East, and Australia. And we are development world¡¯s first IMD (incrementally modified drug) targeting the US and North America.

2014 will be more challenging year for us, but outlook is very optimistic for Biopharmartis. Please continue to keep your eyes on us as we strive to become global pharmaceutical company
